Now Live!! Commercial Applications in EASi!!

The Kansas Automobile Insurance Plan (Plan) has transitioned from a paper-based application process to utilizing the EASi ( Electronic Application Submission interface) system for all commercial applications. The EASi system is now live for kansas applications. All applications completed on 9/9/24 and forward must use the EASi system.

If you have not recently submitted applications to the plan and wish to register for EASi, log in go to the EASi home page by clicking on the blue link above, then click on register for EASi and select Kansas from the state list.  Complete the EASi registration form and submit it, along with all requested documentation, to the Kansas plan address on the form, start the process of obtaining a user ID and password needed to log into the EASi system.

You will also see under Kansas Plan links on this screen, instructions for producers that include how to set up your EASi account, and how to navigate the EASi website.

This new automated system has several benefits for producers including:

  • applications can be saved in EASi and the information will be available for updating at a later date.
  • you will have access to a printed version of an application for your review before completing.
  • search functionality that allows you to view your agency’s applications, whether saved or completed, for 120 days.
  • an automated retraction feature that allows you to retract an unwanted submitted application up to the point in time when the application has been assigned to a company for policy issuance.
  • VIN validation – enter the VIN in commercial EASi, and the details for the vehicle will automatically populate.

If you have any questions, please contact the plan office @ 888-706-6100
