Oklahoma Automobile Insurance Plan

The Oklahoma Automobile Insurance Plan was created in 1950. The Plan's purpose is to provide automobile insurance coverage to eligible private passenger and commercial risks who are unable to obtain coverage through the voluntary market. (For complete eligibility requirements, see Section 2 and Section 18 of the Plan Manual).

Any insurance agent in the state of Oklahoma that has a valid Oklahoma Property and Casualty license can write business through the OAIP. Commissions are paid to the producing agent.

AIPSO's Office Schedule - Monday, January 20

AIPSO offices - the Johnston RI home office, Mayfield Heights OH office, regional offices, and remote offices - will be closed on Monday, January 20 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

All AIPSO offices will open and resume regular business hours on Tuesday, January 21.
