Length of Service Recognition

We celebrate when our employees are committed to our success. We appreciate that it is an employee’s choice to serve an employer. Many of our employees are with us well beyond fifteen years. Some of our employees have celebrated as many as 40 years of dedicated service, and we have employees who reached 50 years of service. Our service award program recognizes employees after achieving their first year, fifth year, and every five years after.

Employee Recognition Program

AIPSO has recognition programs that allow for management and staff to recognize those employees who have demonstrated extraordinary work outcomes. AIPSO has a variety of opportunities to provide ways to say “thank you” to our employees. One program that is well appreciated by our employees is when their peers can give a token of appreciation for a significant work outcome that could include movie tickets, gift cards or items that proudly display our AIPSO logo. AIPSO also offers an award program for management to acknowledge work-related achievements called the AIPSO Contributor to Excellence (ACE) Awards.
