Producer Certification
All agents and brokers holding a valid license to transact automobile insurance in
the state of Missouri are eligible to become certified to submit applications to the MJUA.
Producers must provide the following information on a Producer Certification Application:
- A copy of the producer's valid Missouri agent's or broker's
license and a certification that said license is not currently in any way subject to an
order of suspension or revocation;
- His/her producer's registration number, home and work street
address (post office boxes are not acceptable), home and work telephone numbers, tax
identification number, and social security number;
- A signed statement whereby the producer agrees to abide by the
requirements imposed upon producers under the MJUA Documentation, the performance
standards for producers and the Rules and Procedures of the MJUA.
The original copy of the form, along with a copy of the
current agent's or broker's license, is to be sent to the MJUA office for processing.
