AIPSO’s work environment is flexible and many positions have the ability to be hybrid, where you work some days in the office and some days remotely. Once you have read through the essential duties & responsibilities of the position and have the skills and knowledge to compete for the position, you will be asked to provide your personal information and attach your resume and cover letter.
Your application will be reviewed by one of our internal recruiters. The timing of the process can vary depending on the role you are applying for. There are several things that affect the process such as the number of candidates, number of open positions available etc.
An interview may be set up in person or via video with our internal recruiters and the hiring manager. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about you and your unique skills and experiences. It also provides you with the opportunity to learn more about AIPSO and our culture.
If you are selected for the position, we will send you an offer letter. Offer of employment will be contingent upon a successful background check. After a successful background check, you will receive an acceptance letter we ask you to sign. Then we will contact you to go over what you will need to bring in and what to expect on your first day.
